Emergency Service: Out of normal business hours Adrem’s emergency service is available. This covers both general and specialist trades
with a charge of £150ph. Adrem’s operatives attend to emergency situations with the intention to make the issue “safe” by not allowing
further damage to property and attending to safety risks for tenants. Our operatives can then come back to the job at a more convenient
time to complete the work.
Hourly Rate: All rates at Adrem include the visit to site, parking and mileage. Hourly rates do not include VAT; this will be charged at the
prevailing rate.
Estimates: All estimates are free and have a turnaround period of 48 hours.
Gas Safe Annual Certificate: Adrem offer a competitive price for annual Gas Safety reports, which includes up to three gas appliances.
Adrem’s Gas Engineers are highly qualified and certified with Gas Safe (Formerly GORGI) and NICEIC accreditations which insure quality workmanship.
Leak/Damp Investigation: Adrem do have an initial cost of investigation of £150+vat due to safety issues and in-depth inspection.
We take the initial cost of investigation off the total cost of the completed job.

Half day £175
Invoices: On completion of jobs invoices can be sent via email or post. Invoices include a full breakdown of labour costs and materials involved.
Payment: Payment can be made via credit card, online banking or check (on approval). Our operatives do not handle cash.
