People are the key to our success. Maintaining the interest, enthusiasm and welfare of our personnel while ensuring they maintain a high level of performance is central to our company’s philosophy. Not only is training ongoing, but we also encourage personal development in areas not directly linked with our business.
Adrem has a comprehensive apprenticeship scheme and is currently training various craft apprentices. We also encourage employees to gain professional qualifications through company sponsorship and career progression incentives. These courses range from short, information-based training days to undergraduate degree courses and study towards membership of relevant professional bodies.
