Electrical Periodic Inspection Testing (PIR Testing)

Electrical PIR testing is an inspection on existing electrical installations. This test is carried out to identify defects that are against the current safety standards. We then provide a full written condition report.

Electrical PIR testing includes:

1. Locating and identify existing faults
2. Identify shock and fire risks in electrical installations
3. Identify overloaded circuits or equipment
4. Bring attention to earthing or bonding requirements
